Hi again Mary, Nothing has come through yet - but I will keep checking. The address you normally use is the one I use at work - and it's not working properly for some reason. I agree it is very frustrating - especially as I can only access Hotmail during my lunch hour when I'm in work, but I can check from home, it just takes longer.
