Now that many of the summer blockbusters are behind us, we can start looking at some buzz-worthy fall movies -- and they include several indies.
One film that has caught my eye is Brooklyn Brothers Beat the Best, a picture written by, directed by and starring Ryan O'Nan. The cast is rounded out by Michael Weston, Jason Ritter, Melissa Leo, Wilmer Valderrama and Andrew McCarthy, who we don't see nearly enough these days.
The premise involves two guys in a band who "find their unique style by bringing the sound of children's instruments to their unsuspecting fans." Their tunes appear to become quite popular among all ages:
