i dooubt andrew reads tem himself. i think he has admin that filters the mail. i once asked for a signed photo through the email on his site, left my name and add and all - two weeks later (fast as i am in the UK) a non personalised signed photo was at my door. i assume it was from someone picking up his emails and sending out the photos from a batch of pre signed andy photos but - he would have had to sanction someone to do that, and i was very happy with the pic.
