1 Question/1 Remark on 2 Movies

Okay, I'm seeking a reliable seller on eBay who's auctioning that movie that Andrew is co-starring with Sharon Stone.  There's someone from Canada currently auctioning, but the feedback is questionable.  Also, could someone tell me more about...I believe the title is "A Storm In Summer."  Does Andrew have a big part?

If an Ebayer is questionable I only but it if I think it is very hard to find. If you live in the US you may even find Year of the Gun at Best Buy. Occasionally I have seen it there. And also rememer if the3 film comes from Canada chances are the shipping is more expensive. It's a very good film if you like terrorist types of movies.

A Sotrm in the Summer is a very sweet film with Peter Falk. Andrw is in it for only aoubt 10 minutes. He is kind of cute  palying the part of a irresposible adult. If you dont' want to buy it maybe you can wait until it comes on HBO.

I saw the movie... I rented it I believe through netflix (I also have blockbuster).

Takes place in Italy. Sharon Stone is as good as could be in it as a photographer. Valerina Golino is good as his girlfriend.

It's a better movie than I was expecting it to be, but not one of Andrew's best efforts IMO. According to his ABC interview (http://www.andylandusa.com/abcnews.htm), he was having serious alcohol problems during the filming of this movie, which could explain the uninspired performance.

However, if you're a hardcore Andrew fan it's a must-rent. If the seller on Ebay is questionable I really wouldn't bother.

I just watched The Year Of The Gun the other night. It is definitely not one of Andrews better performances, and he's definely looked better, (he looked rather hung over for much of the movie). Considering what he was going through at the time, I was still impressed that he was able to pull it off as well as he did. I guess that it is his natural ability, and his proffessionalism that enabled him to do as well as he did even when he was at the height of his drinking problem. I'm glad that I saw it, although I had to cover my face during the violence   against Andrew scenes, again his natural ability to be believeable. Who knows maybe the fact that he was probably hung over during those scenes made it easier for him to act like he was really being hurt. He probably was truely feeling like hell.

I am just very proud of him, as I am sure we all are for finally reconizing his problem, and taking steps to get the help he needed. He certainly got himself back on track, and is doing better than ever. Good for you Andrew!  We Love you   !

I should be getting my copy of "Gun" very soon.  I'm a little sad to hear that it's not one of his best.  It sounds like it should be a winner since it has him co-starring with Sharon Stone. I just have to have it though as I'm a hardcore "Andrew" fan.  I'm so sorry to learn about Andrew's struggle, but I'm happy he's been able to rise above it.  He has my support 100%.
